There is no such concern when it comes to omega 3 acids \u2013 unsaturated fatty acids should be treated as the best form of preventive care.<\/p>\n<h2>Supplementation with omega 3 acids<\/h2>\n<p>Supplements containing omega 3 acids are preparations that can be used by each of us. In order for omega 3 acids to have a positive impact on health, it is important to have both sufficient supply of them and the <a href=\"https:\/\/cheers.com.pl\/en\/knowledge\/proportions-between-omega-3-and-6\/\">right omega 6 to omega 3 acids ratio<\/a>. The most optimal proportions between the omega 6 and omega 3 acids, however, are 2:1 \u2013 4:1. If we\u2019re not sure if we\u2019re getting enough omega 3 acids, it\u2019s a good idea to start supplementing them. The preparations of this kind can be chosen by anyone who simply takes good care of their health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are special indications for supplementing omega 3 acids:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 pregnancy<br \/>\n\u2013 cancer prevention<br \/>\n\u2013 diagnosed cardiovascular system diseases or belonging to a risk group (excess weight, family history of heart diseases)<br \/>\n\u2013 autoimmune diseases (especially psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis or lupus)<br \/>\n\u2013 blue-collar or white-collar job<br \/>\n\u2013 physical activity<br \/>\n\u2013 lowered immunity<br \/>\n\u2013 childhood and old age<br \/>\n\u2013 allergies<br \/>\n\u2013 impaired vision<br \/>\n\u2013 lipid imbalance \u2013 too many triglycerides and lipids in blood<br \/>\n\u2013 low-fat diet<\/p>\n<h2>Omega 3 acids as a diet supplement \u2013 which are the best?<\/h2>\n<p>The supplement market has no shortage of those of them containing omega 3 acids. How to choose the best one? First of all \u2013 one has to estimate the quality to price ratio. Picking the cheapest supplement is usually equal to supplementation using a low-quality preparation. Which makes it a good idea to <a href=\"https:\/\/cheers.com.pl\/en\/produkt\/omega3-fatty-acids\/\">choose omega 3 acids of the top quality<\/a> \u2013 and pay a little more; because why save money on own health, right?<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/cheers.com.pl\/en\/knowledge\/omega-3-youthful-look\/\">valuable omega 3 acid supplement<\/a> is one that contains both EPA and DHA acids.
