Thanks to the beneficial influence on the blood lipid level, omega 3 acids prevent the development of atherosclerosis and its complications – hypertension, heart attack, stroke.

Taking omega 3 acids may also limit the risk of getting certain cancers and neurodegenerative diseases. These valuable fats support increased physical or mental effort, slow down the aging processes and creation of all kinds of degenerative lesions.
